At Carlton Hydraulics, we specialise in supplying high-quality tube and compression fittings for a wide range of hydraulic and industrial applications. Our extensive stock includes metric hydraulic seamless tube and fittings from 4mm through to 42mm, ensuring we can meet the needs of both standard systems and more demanding specialist requirements.

We are proud to source the majority of our metric compression fittings from FOR Fittings SPA in Italy, a leading manufacturer known for precision, reliability, and durability. To complement this partnership, we also work with additional trusted suppliers, allowing us to offer not only the full range of standard metric compression fittings but also a variety of specials. This includes extra light series (4LL to 12LL), light series (6L to 42L), and heavy series (6S to 38S), ensuring the right solution for every application.

In addition to metric ranges, Carlton Hydraulics also carries imperial OD and nominal bore tube up to 2 inches. We maintain a selection of imperial hydraulic compression fittings and socket weld flanges, supporting both new projects and maintenance work on older systems where imperial sizes are required.

To provide a complete service, we offer in-house tube processing options. Tubes can be cut to length or bent precisely to a pattern or technical drawing. We also provide a variety of end fitting solutions, including JIC flares for both metric and imperial tube, ORFS brazed fittings, and tube-to-hosetail “lifesavers”.
